Enjoyed lunch after a night of concert going the night before. Get there early because this place is always busy! Food is tasty and you get it pretty quick concerning how busy they are. Tri-tip, burgers are the go-to for lunch. Plenty of drinks to choose from with a large selection of local beers. If you're in the Fresno area, stop by and give them a try!

If service was a movie. They would win the Oscar's. Absolutely loved the service. Everyone workers together. Amazing food. Tasted so good. Couldn't believe how cheap the food was. Thanks for the great experience.

Great tri tip tacos. Cole slaw and BBQ beans were also very solid. Basket of fries is big enough for three! Food served quickly after ordering. Need to have more than two registers for placing orders as line backs up outside the door when busy.

Their food never disappoints. We we go to the bay are from southern California we always go out of our way to enjoy the food.

My wife found Dog House Grill on some forgotten app about 13 years ago. What a treat! When you pull in, the parking lot it will most likely be full. If you can't find a space, just drive down Chestnut Ave until you find a space on the road. At the front door you'll find a line. Wait to order, then go into the seating area and hope to find a spot. If you're lucky, you'll find a table before they call your order. Or you can do it the civilized way: bypass the line, enter through the left hand doors, then turn left into the bar area, where a server will take your order and you can wait while having a drink. What to order? There's really only one thing: the tri-tip sandwich. (It comes with BBQ sauce, which the wife loves, but I order it on the side.) Get a basket of fries or onion rings to go with it. Enjoy!

Dog house will forever be on the top places to eat in Fresno/the Central Valley! This time I got their dog house salad with tri-tip and oh my gosh, it was soooo good. I don't remember them adding the little nuts/seeds but I loved them. I got the small size and it was the perfect size. This place will always be busy. We tend to get seating instead of ordering in the front that way you have a seat when your food comes out. We ordered our drinks and they were brought to us fast, but after that we waited quite some to get our food order. Other people who had sat after us were ordering/getting their food. Finally a kind staff asked if he had been helped and he sent a different server to take our order. Other than this experience, it's always been great. Tri-tip sandwich, ABC burger, soft tacos, salads, fries, and so on are delicious everyday single time. Perfect place to watch some sports too.

Me and the husband stopped by and had the pulled pork sandwiches with fries, and a blue moon. The service was awesome, and the seating was easy and great next to the bar. Let me just say- you haven't had a great pulled pork sandwich until you've tried theirs! The buns are buttered and toasted crispy on the inside, and the pulled pork is seriously good with their bbq sauce. If you haven't tried this yet, you are missing out! We will most definitely be back!

This is a spacious and modern sports bar and grill with plenty of seating, numerous TVs, and a lively crowd on a Sunday evening. Definitely a great spot for sports fans, a full bar with tasty looking drink specials on the menu, and a range of food options to choose from. You order at the front entrance registers, then seat yourself, and grab your food at the pick up counter when they call out your number. The waits weren't bad at all, even on a busy-looking day, so they seem to work efficiently here. The steak cobb salad was a pretty large serving, with a mountain of fresh veggies and tri tip in the bowl. The hot dog with grilled onions was tasty, the meat itself was large in size and had good flavor, and the grilled onions were plentiful along with the other toppings and condiments, but the bread was not as appetizing, a bit plain, a bit hard, a bit disappointing. Still, our experience was good overall, and I can see why it's a popular spot. FYI, the restaurant has a medium size parking lot, but it was crowded this past weekend when we visited, so just be aware, parking may not be easy.
